Decision on Haylink's application for a 'Certificate of Lawful Use'

"BDC hereby certify that on 30 March 2007 the use described in the First Schedule to this Certificate ("the use") in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule to this Certificate, was lawful within the meaning of Section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), for the following reason:

The Use began and continued for a period of at least ten years prior to the application being registered with the Council and is therefore immune from enforcement action.
