Now in its 5th year!

Come to the Village Hall and see the exhibition of local artists’ paintings, collages and craft work, many items will be for sale.

See hundreds of entries from local children, (your child or grandchild even!) in the ‘Postcards from the Peninsula’ art competition, which will be judged by Rachael Sloane of BBC Radio Suffolk.

Enjoy the East Suffolk Morris Men and Shotley Brownies performing traditional country dances, at lunchtime, although not together!

Eat the cream teas and ploughman’s lunches, buy some plants, and take a look at traditional and modern farming equipment.

And finally, on Saturday night, come and see Stuart and Penny Mark, acoustic folk duo, share a chilli supper and have a glass of wine or 3! Tickets for the evening are £7.50, available from 787263 & 788349. (Wine extra)

  • Saturday Village Hall open from 10am - 5pm
  • Sunday Village Hall open from 10am - 4pm

Proceeds will help the Viking Forest Project to maintain ‘Golden Wood’, your community woodland, and perhaps even start another!
