Annual Parish Meeting

You may recall that last year we changed the format of the meeting to make it more of an event and to become a celebration of everything good that goes on in the Village. Feedback on the changes, from the public and the Groups that came along, were very positive.

This year we will continue to have organisations present a brief report on their activities over the past year. As well as speaking at the meeting we are asking local organisations to produce a report.We are also asking if organisations would like to reserve a small area of the Hall. This could be used to showcase your group perhaps with examples of your activities. It could also be used as a recruitment stall for new members to talk to you or as a place from which to do some fundraising e.g. by running a raffle. Its use would be entirely up to you.

We will be reporting on the latest news about The Ganges site and the Parish Plan Steering Committee will be presenting their interim findings from the recent village and youth questionnaires.
